These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skydinse Minecraft and Hytale networks, website, Discord server, and related services. The provider is not responsible for the content of individual user contributions - contributors maintain ownership of their posts, which reflect only their personal viewpoints.

Upon registration you confirm you will not:

• Share content that violates privacy, contains threats, or infringes copyright
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Spam, advertise external services, or make unsolicited donation requests
• Use hacks, exploits, or unauthorised modifications that give unfair advantages or disrupt gameplay
• Create or distribute cheats, hacks, or exploits for the network
• Impersonate staff or falsely claim affiliation with the network
• Sell, trade, or transfer in-game items outside of officially supported methods
• Evade bans or restrictions

The provider reserves the right to review, edit, or delete any user-generated content without explanation and may take action against accounts for violations.

By posting content on Skydinse, you grant us a permanent, irrevocable, and unlimited right to use that content within the Services. You retain your own copyright ownership. All Skydinse branding and original assets remain the property of Skydinse. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios - Skydinse is an independent fan project.

Purchases are non-transferable. Refunds are only guaranteed where required by law. We reserve the right to modify store items with reasonable notice. Our store checkout is powered by Tebex, a secure monetisation platform. We do not see your payment details. Please also review Tebex's Terms & Conditions.

Since the network is still under development, errors may occur. This also applies to rank perks. Such errors will be fixed as quickly as possible once they are discovered. We reserve the right to make changes or optimizations to bought perks at any time. Should persistent doubts arise regarding the fairness of benefits, we may remove, revise, or add them.

We strive for high availability, but do not guarantee continuous operation. Planned maintenance, security incidents, or technical issues may lead to outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability. There is no legal entitlement to continuous availability of our services or to the continued existence of the Skydinse network. We reserve the right to discontinue the entire project, individual game modes, or the website at any time. In the event of a permanent discontinuation of services, no refunds will be issued for previously purchased virtual goods or services, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms or Community Rules. Bans are issued at our sole discretion.

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skydinse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use. We assume no liability for the loss of in-game items or game progress.

Any virtual items, in-game currencies, ranks, or perks acquired, purchased, or unlocked within the game do not constitute user property. Instead, they represent solely a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use such content within the Skydinse services. We reserve the right to modify or remove this digital content, or to restrict access to it, at any time—particularly when necessary for technical development, ensuring game fairness, moderation purposes, or the discontinuation of specific game modes.

'Blooms' (or 'Blüten') purchased in the store are virtual currencies used on our Minecraft server. They can be redeemed for cosmetic items, in-game perks, or other digital content within our services. Potential daily spending limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice in order to prevent abuse or ensure game fairness.

The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. In the event of intentional violations of these terms of use that result in damage to our infrastructure (for example, through DDoS attacks, targeted server overload, or other damaging actions), we reserve the right to seek civil recourse against the user for the resulting costs and damages.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on Discord.

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's place of residence.
