General Rules
General rules of conduct across all Skydinse.net network platforms
§ 1 Scope
[ 1 ] These rules apply to all components of the Skydinse network—both in-game and on external platforms such as Discord.
[ 2 ] By using our services, every individual automatically accepts these rules and is required to adhere to them without exception.
[ 3 ] The rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each user to stay informed about any changes.
[ 4 ] Violations that are not explicitly listed in these rules but clearly contravene the Minecraft EULA or the intended purpose of a feature (e.g., a minigame) may also be subject to penalties.
[ 5 ] Instructions given by team members (Supporters, Moderators, Heads, Admins, Owners) must be followed at all times. Failure to comply with instructions may result in penalties.
[ 6 ] Ignorance of the rules does not exempt a user from penalties.
§ 2 Penalties
[ 1 ] The administration reserves the right to enforce penalties at any time and without stating a reason.
[ 2 ] In-game penalty levels are clearly defined based on the specific offense. However, any team member may impose a different penalty, subject to subsequent confirmation by the moderation or administration teams. On other platforms within our network (e.g., Discord), team members decide at their own discretion.
[ 3 ] All penalties are properly documented by team members. The moderation team reviews every case for errors. If an offense cannot be sufficiently substantiated, the testimony of another team member is considered sufficient evidence.
[ 4 ] Possible penalties include:
▸ Muting on specific network components or the entire network
▸ Restriction of in-game privileges
▸ Temporary or permanent exclusion from parts of or the entire Skydinse network
▸ A warning followed by a penalty for further offenses
[ 5 ] Repeated violations result in increasingly severe penalties.
§ 3 General Conduct
[ 1 ] Friendliness is the top priority. Respectful and fair behavior towards all users is mandatory.
[ 2 ] Insults, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, threats, and any form of hate speech are strictly prohibited.
[ 3 ] Provocation, intentional trolling, toxic behavior, or deliberately disturbing other users is not permitted. This includes indirect threats or those made as jokes, provided they could be interpreted as serious.
[ 4 ] Harassment of individual users or groups is not permitted.
[ 5 ] Avatars, skins, names, or similar elements must not contain offensive, pornographic, discriminatory, or extremist content.
[ 6 ] Intentional impersonation of team members or well-known players is not permitted.
[ 7 ] Private information remains private. Unauthorized sharing of personal data (phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, etc.) is strictly prohibited. A team member will never ask for sensitive data.
[ 8 ] The voice or face of other users must not be published without their consent.
[ 9 ] Circumventing bans (e.g., via secondary accounts or by exploiting system errors) is prohibited across all parts of the network.
[ 10 ] Any form of spam is prohibited on all parts of the network. § 4 Content & Advertising
§ 4 Content & Advertising
[ 1 ] Misleading, offensive, or objectionable content (in chats, on signs, in buildings, etc.) is strictly prohibited. This includes sexual innuendo, extremist codes or slogans, and provocative insinuations.
[ 2 ] The dissemination of extremist views is strictly prohibited.
[ 3 ] Fraud, phishing, and similar activities are prohibited.
[ 4 ] Advertising is permitted only in designated channels or locations. Promoting other servers, Discord servers, or external platforms without express permission is prohibited.
[ 5 ] Actively soliciting other users to leave Skydinse may result in penalties.
[ 6 ] Trading in-game items that are also available in the store is discouraged. Moderation staff will investigate any suspected real-money trading. Instructions given by team members in this context must be strictly followed.
[ 7 ] Misuse of the support system is prohibited.
§ 5 Amendments
[ 1 ] All rules are subject to modification or expansion at any time.
[ 2 ] Amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
