Discord Bot & Linking fixed

Changes:

Our bot for our Discord Server has been fixed. These changes have been made:

You can now link your Minecraft account with your Discord profile by using /link eihter In-Game or on Discord. Your ranks will be synchronized!
The other functionalities for our beloved Wandom Bot are available again.

Of course we plan to extend the funtionalities of the Bot even further. So hop on our Discord Server to keep in touch.
